I was born and raised in Sanford, Maine. Later, I attended Maine Maritime Academy (1983 Engineering), and worked at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Design Division (Code 260) on nuclear aircraft carriers. Next, I attended Vermont Law School where I graduated with honors.
I have been practicing law in southern Maine since 1992 and am the founder and CEO of the Webb Law Firm. The Webb Law Firm is a litigation law firm, focusing on Criminal Defense, misdemeanor or felony, personal injury cases, in both state and federal courts.
In the field of criminal law, OUI-DUI is a subspecialty of our lawyers in Maine, plus my associates and I greatly enjoy defending drug cases. With recreational marijuana now being legal in the Pine Tree State, weed and other drug possession cases are another major practice area.
I am a member of the DUI/DWI Committee for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a Sustaining Member, Faculty Member, and former State Delegate to the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD). In 2009, I was awarded the Victor Pellegrino Award for “extraordinary strength and character in dealing with adversity.”
I am a past President of the York County Bar Association, and have served as a member of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Criminal Procedure. I have been a featured speaker at several DUI-OUI defense seminars in multiple states. When asked, I have made radio appearances throughout New England discussing driving under the influence cases, constitutional law and pending legislative issues.

Credit cards are used at our firm mostly for CRIMINAL law, clients can use attorneys fee payment plans for criminal defense and OUI defense fees that our law office makes available, using MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Discover. DUI-OUI lawyer cost varies depending on complexity of the case and the best trial strategy or negotiation posture. Traffic ticket lawyer cost is less than for an operating under the influence case and other serious traffic ticket offenses. For example, almost every OUI in Maine entails dealing with a drivers license suspension issue under implied consent law, to assure that the Maine BMV (Bureau of Motor Vehicles) does not administratively suspend the accused drunk driver.
