Q. As an attorney admitted in the New York Eastern District Court how do I use the online services
A: If you want to browse cases on Justia Dockets in the EDNY, you can do that here:

http://dockets.justia.com/browse/state-new_york/court-nyedce/

If you want to file pleadings for your client's case, you will need to set up a PACER account at http://www.pacer.gov

A person who does this can be convicted of aggravated cruelty (510 ILCS 79/3.2) and may also face criminal charges for animal torture under Illinois state law (510 ILCS 70/3.03). You should contact a local veterinarian or your county's local animal services or adoption agency for appropriate, non-violent help. ... Read More
