I represent business owners and entrepreneurs in the Denver metro area on business transactions, payroll and income tax problems, real estate issues, employment matters, and governance issues, including disputes among the owners of a business. I am accredited by the Internal Revenue Service to represent taxpayers to the Service. My firm handles civil litigation, including trials, arbitrations and appeals.
What sets us apart from other law firms is our innovative fixed-price monthly legal services plans, which we call LegalPlans. These plans bring predictability and economic rationality to your legal services requirements. If you don't need everything offered in the LegalPlans, we will provide legal services under traditional hourly rate or flat fee arrangements.
I have practiced law for 40 years. I received my undergraduate degree from Yale University, where I was a member of the first class to include women undergraduates, and my law degree from the American University Washington College of Law.
