Jessica M. Gray is a passionate litigator handling a wide variety of cases including wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, and products liability. Attorney Gray is sought after as an advocate by injured individuals and referring attorneys alike who have come to recognize her special ability to empathize with clients and in being able to communicate movingly to judges, juries, arbitrators and mediators, as well as insurers. She has achieved six and seven figure resolutions in multiple cases both before and during litigation. Most recently, she helped achieve a seven-figure settlement for the wrongful death of a young man walking within a crosswalk when struck by a motor vehicle.
Attorney Gray is an active member in a variety of local and national organizations that focus on protecting the rights of her injured clients and in preserving the civil justice system. She serves as co-chair of the New Lawyers Division of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and is active within the Injury Board and American Association of Justice
