Jeremiah McGuire

Jeremiah is an Attorney at the East Memphis office of CloseTrak, Closing & Title Services, a full service provider of closing services, title services and escrow services in the greater Memphis, Shelby County, and West Tennessee area He also handles real estate closings in Mississippi and Arkansas.

As an Attorney with CloseTrak, LLC, Mr. McGuire is happy to be part of a team with the knowledge, experience, and know how to help you bring your client to the closing table with confidence and to ensure that their closing stays on track.

With over 11 years of experience working in the real estate and mortgage industry, Jeremiah McGuire has handled matters involving mortgages in every stage from Title and Closing to Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, and Evictions. Before joining CloseTrak, Mr. McGuire spent 9 years practicing before the local, appellate, and federal courts. His varied experiences across the realms of the mortgage world have provided him with a unique insight into real estate transactions and make him an ideal closing attorney for you and your client.

Prior to moving to CloseTrak, LLC, Mr. McGuire oversaw the Tennessee Division of Brock and Scott for 6 years, handling Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Evictions, and Collections matters. Before working for B&S he worked for Shapiro and Kirsch.

Mr. McGuire attended undergraduate at Murray State University in Murray, KY. Go, Racers! After graduating with a Marketing degree he came back home to Memphis and worked in advertising for about 5 years before attending law school at The University of Memphis. Go, Tigers, Go!
