Jennifer Egelston practices “Family Law for All.” She handles matters involving marriage, divorce, child custody, child support, DCS, juvenile court, adoptions, name changes, criminal expungements, and orders of protection. She is experienced in the drafting of family planning documents including donor contracts, wills, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives. With her background in horse training and barn management, Jennifer works with horse enthusiasts in legal matters involving equine-related sales, contracts, non-profits, business, and liability. She is also a Rule 31 listed family law mediator with special training in domestic violence. Jennifer volunteers her time in the LGBTQIA+ and military veteran communities through pro bono work. Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Mediation rate: $150.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Flat fees are often available for many uncontested matters (agreed divorce, adoption, child support, parenting plan modification, relocation, etc.) and can range any where from $500 to $5000, depending on the complexity of the matter. Military discounts available. Payment plans available. Discounts available for low-income clients.
