Jennifer M Manyen
Jennifer M. Manyen, a licensed attorney in Florida, attained her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical College of Law, and her Bachelor degree, in Political Science, from the University of Central Florida. While attending law school she clerked at a national appellate litigation firm where she drafted numerous state and federal direct appeals, post-conviction petitions, and writs of habeas corpus. Under the direct supervision of the managing partner she was also exposed to the procedure and laws of the states of Texas, New York, New Jersey, and North Carolina. Currently, she is pursuing obtaining her license to practice law in the District of Columbia. In addition to her clerkship, she served as a pioneer in election protection to ensure minorities were not discriminated against and had the ability to vote in the last presidential election. Prior to attending law school, Jennifer, was a long time business professional in property management where she utilized Landlord Tenant Law and the Fair Housing laws in Florida and Arizona on a daily basis. During her property management career she fought for the rights of business owners and tenants. This first- hand experience with property law required attention to detail; because every conversation and legal notice distributed, had ramifications for the business owners and tenants alike.
