Experienced Portland lawyer focused on land and water lawMy law practice focuses on environmental law, water rights, waterways, and property and boundary disputes. I have been licensed to practice law in Oregon since 1997 and in Washington since 2006. I began my legal career as judicial clerk to Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Otto R. Skopil. After eventually becoming a partner in the Portland, Oregon, office of Stoel Rives LLP, I left to found my own natural resources law practice in early 2014. I hold a B.A., magna cum laude, from the Robert D. Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon, as well as an M.A. from the University of Oregon in English Literature. I received my J.D., magna cum laude, from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College, where I graduated first in my class.
