Jeffrey Schwalbach

Jeff Schwalbach founded DJA Injury Attorneys in 2025 after advocating for injured clients against insurance companies and corporations since 2021. Mr. Schwalbach personally oversees every case, from pre-litigation through resolution, ensuring clients receive the dedicated attention they deserve. Understanding the physical and emotional toll that injury cases can impose, he prides himself on being consistently available to his clients throughout the process.

From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Schwalbach represented insurance companies in matters involving auto and trucking accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death. From 2017 to 2021, he shifted his focus to defending physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in professional negligence cases, wrongful death, elder abuse, dependent adult neglect, intentional torts, and civil rights violations.

Mr. Schwalbach earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2015. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the U.S. District Courts of California. From 2019 to 2024, he was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, a distinction awarded to a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state, based on peer nominations and professional achievement.

Jeff Schwalbach is passionate about helping clients enforce their rights and securing outcomes that deter future wrongdoing. Outside the office, Mr. Schwalbach enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
