Jason W. Voelke
We help injured people and their families.
After completing a six-year tour of duty as a Navy Corpsman (medic) assigned to a Marine Corps infantry battalion, Jason went to nursing school. He then enjoyed a 12-year career as a Registered Nurse (RN), where he worked in many different areas including emergency departments, intensive care units, renal dialysis centers, and post-anesthesia care units. He finished his nursing career serving as a charge nurse on a spinal cord injury unit.
While working in healthcare, Jason witnessed first-hand the many ways in which negligence can lead to serious, sometimes fatal injuries. Unfortunately, the negligence of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers can sometimes be the cause of those injuries. Because of what he witnessed during his years as a healthcare "insider", Jason became motivated to go to law school and become an attorney.
The early years of his legal career were spent advocating on behalf of people who received defective medical devices, including IVC filters and pelvic mesh devices. He is currently focused on helping victims of nursing home negligence and medical malpractice.
Jason draws upon his nursing experience when fighting for victims of our healthcare system. He works as hard to protect his clients' rights in the courtroom as he did to protect his patients' rights in the hospital.
During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his amazing wife, Courtney, and their five children. Originally from Northern Indiana, Jason’s family is new to the Tennessee/Kentucky area and enjoys exploring all that this part of the country has to offer.
