Jason Martinez

Jason Martinez is a co-founding partner of RM Law Group, LLP. His practice focuses exclusively on California Family Law and community property division, including litigation and settlement of complex and high-conflict divorce and child custody proceedings. Jason understands that divorce and family law issues have long-term effects on all family members, especially the children.

To effectuate his clients’ goals, he uses a variety of advanced litigation techniques, both in and out of the courtroom to minimize the emotional toll of the Family Law process. At the outset of each case, he works closely with his clients to tailor the most effective case strategy for achieving their goals, without overextending costs and creating any additional, unnecessary stress.
