Her niche area is art and design. She has represented numerous artists to settle copyright disputes, set up licensing agreements and negotiate with art galleries. She serves on the board of Arts Council of Rockland and Rockland Music Conservatory. She is a trained mediator and holds a masters in taxation.
Jane has worked for boutique law firms, Ernst & Young, McGladrey and taught business law at the European School of Economics. Her industry knowledge encompasses more than just the arts she has planned mergers of large companies in the pharmaceutical and retail industries, defended companies in State Tax Audits, and planned tax saving strategies. She is known for her smart yet practical approach to planning.
Jane graduate cum laude from Pace Law School and magna cum laude from New York Law’s LLM Taxation Program. In addition to her legal and business background, Jane has a BA in Fine Art from Drew University and has worked with art Galleries, the Edward Hopper House, and Art & Antiques Magazine.
