Biography

Mr. Langendorf practices primarily in the areas of Employment and Labor Law (unpaid overtime and civil rights claims), Class Action Law, Probate and Administration, whistleblowers in False Claim Act qui tam, and Litigation and Appeals. Over the course of his professional career, Mr. Langendorf has done tough work through tough circumstances. He has worked as a dishwasher, line cook, tire changer, delivery clerk, and tugboat deckhand. He knows what it is like to have been shorted wages, which motivates him to challenge cheating companies and wrongful employers to ensure his clients are paid what they deserve.
