James Patrick Langendorf
Hurley Law, LLC
When a legal problem is costing you time, money, or peace of mind, you need someone who can cut through the noise and fix it.
That’s what Jim Langendorf does.
Whether you’re an employee who’s been treated unfairly, a business owner stuck in a dispute, or an investor trying to make a deal work, Jim helps you get unstuck. He’s spent over two decades solving problems like:
Recovering unpaid wages and holding companies accountable for violations of employment law
Helping people return to work—or get compensated—after illegal firings or FMLA violations
Navigating business breakups, vendor disputes, and complex contract issues
Guiding executive hires and exits with clear, enforceable agreements
Resolving real estate and construction disputes
Managing immigration efforts related to H2B seasonal workers with assistance from a network of focused colleagues
And when the numbers matter, Jim speaks the language. With a background in accounting and years of experience advising on corporate finance, he sees beyond the surface—into financial statements, damage calculations, real estate pro formas, and deal structure.
So if you’re facing a legal or financial issue that’s not resolving—and the stakes are getting higher—Jim brings the legal firepower and financial insight to move it forward.
