James R. Kamensky is a partner in the Firm’s Personal Injury Practice.
James received a B.F.A. in Theatre from New York University. He completed his J.D. at Florida International University.
James joined Kanner & Pintaluga in 2019 to provide effective advocacy to individuals affected by life altering circumstances and primarily represents personal injury claimants in automobile negligence and premises liability matters.
Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, James served as debtor’s counsel in chapter 11 bankruptcy litigation matters. It was here James developed a passion for representing aggrieved individuals.
