Scott Dilbeck graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2001 with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Business. Scott graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2004.
Experience
Scott has extensive legal experience in Bankruptcy and multiple facets of civil litigation. With practice experience in both Oklahoma and Nevada, Scott has represented individuals and multinational corporations in a variety of practice areas, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy, complex personal injury litigation including medical malpractice, insurance subrogation, insurance bad faith, products liability, construction defect, and toxic torts. Scott's experience also includes loan modification, practice in collections, commercial contracts, and family law.
