Isabel Abrams

Isabel Abrams is the managing partner of Abrams Justice.

Raised in Miami and born to Venezuelan parents, Isabel has a deep understanding of Miami’s multi-cultural community. Isabel is a passionate and assertive advocate for her clients and works tirelessly to obtain them the best possible results. With years of trial experience, Isabel thrives in the courtroom and has a unique ability to come up with creative solutions and ideas in each case.

After handling hundreds of criminal cases as a former assistant state attorney, Isabel is neither intimidated nor hesitant to take on large insurance companies, who seek to treat her client’s case as another claim number. Prior to joining Abrams Justice, Isabel gained invaluable experience representing insurance companies. As a result, Isabel has a deep understanding as to the inner workings of insurance companies. At Abrams Justice, Isabel applies that insider knowledge to the benefit of her clients.

Isabel understands the stress and emotional roller coaster a client undergoes after a traumatic accident. As such, she takes the time to explain, guide and answer any questions the client and family members may have at any time. It’s important to Isabel to continuously communicate with her clients and have them engaged throughout the process. The client’s interest and well-being are Isabel’s number one priority.

Prosecution of criminal cases at the felony level consist of: assessment of charges, filing cases, motion practice, plea negotiations, drafting plea and/or cooperation agreements, meet with victims and witnesses, daily calendar in court, legal research and trial. Also prosecuted cases in county court and juvenile court. *Trials & Hearings: 21 misdemeanor jury trials, 11 felony jury trials, over 100 bench trials in both county court and juvenile division, and 5 probation violation hearings *County Training Attorney “CTA” - County Court Division, March 2010 - January 2011 Supervised and trained incoming assistants state attorney’s in county court of the first beginning in county court with the prosecution of misdemeanor crimes and criminal traffic including DUIs, reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident cases.
