Investor Rights and Consumer Class ActionsHoward Prossnitz specializes in consumer and investor class actions. He has been doing complex litigation since 1976. He began practicing in 1976 at what is now the world's largest law firm, Dentons. At that time, he represented Fortune 500 companies like McDonald's Corporation and Allstate Insurance in antitrust and securities cases. He became a litigation partner at a mid-sized Chicago law firm, Antonow and Fink, in 1985. Howard started his own plaintiff's oriented practice in 1994. Our work is contingent fee based. Howard has been involved in about 100 reported federal court cases, state court decisions, and FINRA arbitration awards. He passed bar exams in Illinois, California and Florida. He maintains active status in Illinois and Florida. He associates with local counsel in other jurisdictions.
