I have found that listening and understanding is foundational to delivering the right solution. I gave up wearing ties years ago. Mostly because I really don’t like wearing them. But also, because when a client sits down in my office, I want them thinking about their problem and how we can work together to solve it. I don’t want a stuffy atmosphere that stifles good communication.
