Mrs. Fraga is a Managing Partner at Acosta & Fraga Law, PLLC a boutique Immigration and Nationality Law practice in South Florida with offices in Lake Worth, Florida and Puerto Rico. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida by the Florida Supreme Court and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Southern District Court of Florida. In addition, she is authorized to practice Immigration Law in the United States and its territories within the jurisdiction of the Federal Government. As she has devoted her career to only practice in the Immigration Law sector she has spent considerable time representing families, businesses and Grammy-award winning musicians in the complex and ever-changing field of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. She has successfully defended many cases before Federal Immigration agencies and tribunals throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Her mission is to provide honest and personalized attention to its clientele and she is passionate about providing pro bono legal representation to children and women who are the victims of domestic abuse, violent crimes or neglect. Mrs. Fraga is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, serves as a liaison committee member with the West Palm Beach U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Office and frequently speaks at community events.
