I am a dedicated and compassionate attorney serving Sacramento and the surrounding counties, focusing on probate and trust law, DUI and misdemeanor criminal defense, unlawful detainers, and real estate and property matters. With a diverse legal background and a client-centered approach, I strive to provide strategic and empathetic advocacy in both courtroom and transactional settings.
I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from San Jose State University before completing my Juris Doctor at Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. During law school, I gained invaluable hands-on experience through internships with the District Attorney’s Office and the Public Defender’s Office. These opportunities allowed me to develop the legal insight, courtroom familiarity, and advocacy skills necessary to effectively represent clients facing criminal charges and other complex legal challenges.
As an attorney, I am committed to strong advocacy, thorough preparation, and guiding clients through difficult legal situations. Whether defending against criminal charges or addressing probate and property disputes, I provide honest legal advice and craft creative strategies tailored to my clients’ needs. I prioritize clear communication and personalized representation to ensure my clients understand their rights and feel supported throughout the process.
In addition to my legal practice, I am a licensed California real estate agent and assist clients with real property transactions and disputes. I am fluent in English, Farsi, and Turkish, with conversational proficiency in French, which allows me to serve a diverse range of clients with cultural sensitivity and care.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy reading, gardening, traveling, and playing piano. As a lifelong animal lover, I volunteer at animal shelters and share my home with two cherished cats, Bijou and Topol.
