Eric Sarver
Sarver Law Firm, PLLC
Since 2001, Sarver Law Firm has defended, counseled, and advocated for those who need someone in their corner. What began as an employee-side, plaintiff employment law firm has evolved into an experienced firm that represents small and mid-sized companies, business owners and startups in all matters of business law, employment and labor law, and contracts.
Our firm understands that many business owners – from the small business to the large corporation – are not always the villain in an employment law or labor law dispute. Mistakes are made. Employers miss nuances and changes in the labor law requirements. Disgruntled workers file frivolous suits. Following our core mission of providing defense, advocacy, and guidance, our practice has expanded to represent employers and management – protecting our clients from impending harm, and setting them on the proper legal course.
With more than 22 years of legal practice experience, Eric M. Sarver, Esq., and his practice combines the capability and sophistication of a large law firm with the personalized attention, continuity, and reliability that a smaller practice can provide. We take our time in tending to your questions, discussing legal strategy, and advising you on your options in employment law, business law, and contracts.
