Emily Rubenstein

Emily E. Rubenstein is a top-rated attorney in divorce and family law. She works in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, serving the surrounding community. She was selected to SuperLawyers Rising Stars for 2020. Ms. Rubenstein, a Los Angeles native, is a fierce advocate and a calming spirit.

Ms. Rubenstein has broad experience settling and litigating family and divorce cases, whether amicable or contentious. She works with appraisers, forensic accountants, and other financial experts to identify, characterize, and protect assets and income. Ms. Rubenstein also has extensive experience settling and litigating child custody and visitation disputes, including use of private custody evaluations, private co-parenting counselors, parenting plan assessments, and professionally supervised visitations. 

Ms. Rubenstein proudly serves on the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Judicial Appointments Committee. This committee responds to the governor's requests to evaluate individuals under consideration for appointment to the Superior Court bench.  She also serves on the Access to Justice Committee, which works to maximize the delivery of legal services to persons of limited means, including through Domestic Violence Legal Services.

In 2016, Ms. Rubenstein served as the co-president of the LGBTQ Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
