I am a Senior Associate Attorney at the Bagley Law Firm.
I was born and raised in Texas and pursued my higher education at Southern Methodist University, where I earned a B.A. in Religious Studies and a B.F.A. in Dance Performance, graduating summa cum laude. My journey in law began at the University of Denver, where I spent my third year as a student attorney in the Child Advocacy Practicum. This experience ignited my passion for supporting children and families.
Following law school, I had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable Ann Gail Meinster, the presiding Juvenile Court Judge in Jefferson County, Colorado. I dedicated the next seven years to serving as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem, advocating for the best interests of children in Dependency and Neglect and Juvenile Delinquency cases. Subsequently, I collaborated with a local non-profit organization to provide pro bono civil legal services to young individuals transitioning out of the foster care system.
Currently, I share my knowledge in Juvenile Law as an instructor at the Kempe Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Child Abuse. Here, I develop and conduct trainings on the legal system for new caseworkers from the Department of Human Services.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time at local libraries or bookstores and exploring Colorado with my husband and our two children.
