Elizabeth S. Cuccia is one of the managing partners at Wong Leong Cuccia, LLLC. Born and raised in New York, she earned her B.A from Long Island University- CW Post Campus in 2006. She graduated cum laude and with honors for her thesis focusing on the Early Roman Empire. After taking some time off to travel and work she graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law in 2011.
In addition to being licensed in Hawai’i, Ms. Cuccia is also licensed to practice law in New York.
When she first moved to Maui she worked for one of the Island’s largest law firms where she got a solid foundation in Civil Litigation. She then became a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney on Maui where she gained invaluable experience prosecuting OUIs/DUIs, assaults, and drug cases. After leaving the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office she starting using the skills acquired at the office defending people accused of crimes.
Ms. Cuccia works hand in hand with her clients helping them navigate the criminal justice system which can be intimidating and complex. She makes sure her clients understand every step of the process and is readily available to answer their questions.
