A 1996 graduate of The State University of New York, University at Albany, Ms. Montesano attended New York Law School, where she obtained her Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2000. The New York State Bar Association admitted her to practice the following year, and she can also legally practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Active in her legal community, Ms. Montesano is a member of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association, and she sits on the board of directors for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. She regularly conducts continuing legal education seminars across her region, and she has published several articles on a variety of topics related to medical malpractice.
