Don Allen Weitinger
In the 50 years of trial work I have tried over 600 cases to a jury verdict in a court of general jurisdiction. There are 254 counties in Texas, I have tried cases in 50 of those counties and 11 other states. I was fortunate to try many differet kinds of cases. The times were such that one could try many cases, I doubt such times will ever come again. I was just lucky to be in the right place at the right time. I am still in active practice and visit the court house regularly. More now as an expert witness,on atty.fees, legal malpractice, and insurance coverages among other issues.
I am writing a book about my expierences, the title is "50 years of 3 day notices"
I am now shifting my practice more to mediation and arbitration. I have much expierence and if you are looking for a lawyer that been lied to, stabed in the back, jerked down, run over by activest judges, and still received good results- not always-from the hands of our citizen juries, call me, you will like the way I mediate or arbitrate your case. My mission statement is "In this country a man saddles his own bronc and settles his own difficulties" Louis L'amour -If you can't saddle or settle yours I can.
