Dmitriy’s academic journey began at UNC Charlotte, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Finance. He went on to earn his law degree Cum Laude from the Charlotte School of Law, finishing in the top 10% of his class. During his time there, he served the community as a Certified Legal Intern, gaining hands-on experience that shaped his approach to client-focused advocacy. After passing the North Carolina Bar, Dmitriy launched his own law practice in Charlotte, driven by a commitment to personalized service. Outside his legal work, Dmitriy enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying active through fitness, exploring new destinations, and contributing to his local church community.

- A: Yes. Technically, you can get sued within a designated timeframe -- statute of limitations. It varies from state to state, but generally it's three years for personal injury cases.
