My experience comes from working in law firms and for such companies as IBM, Citrix, Inc., Motorola, Inc., and MTN Satellite Communications, Inc. My extensive technology and telecommunications background has been recognized by peers as being an excellent and effectual negotiator.

My firm's services include negotiating contracts and complex business transactions, as well as helping to resolve disputes and regulatory challenges. Clients have included broadband service providers and telecommunications companies in the U.S. and globally, and I have negotiated contracts for Fortune 100 and 500 companies in the US and in Asia-Pacific, South America, Mexico, Europe and Africa. Additionally, I have successfully negotiated contracts with state, local and federal government entities and foreign government entities, all with successful results.
I also serve my clients by advising and representing them in issues involving evictions, commercial leases, landlord/tenant disputes, and estate planning documents geared to clients’ individual needs.
