Deborah Hrbek has a niche practice with specific expertise in providing legal support to independent creative professionals in the art, entertainment and media industries. Essentially, Hrbek provides general counsel services to small businesses in the creative sector, on all sides of the table. She represents independent publishers as well as writers, photographers as well as photography agencies, visual artists and fine art galleries, indie record labels and professional musicians, makers and ceramics / stained glass studios, venues, promoters and performers and more. Most of our work involves the review, drafting and negotiation of contracts. We also help business partners form collaborations and separate amicably and resolve disputes.
