David William Lewarchik
David Lewarchik has been practicing appellate law for over twenty years, participating in more than 200 appeals in Illinois, Michigan, and nationwide. His practice primarily involves civil and criminal appeals in both state and federal courts. Additionally, he handles collateral appeals, which encompass post-conviction and habeas corpus petitions. Before entering private practice, Mr. Lewarchik gained significant experience working at the Illinois First District Court. This role offered him a deep understanding of the judicial decision-making process, as he served as both a staff attorney and a judicial clerk for the appellate court.
