David Weisselberger

David Weisselberger is a leading Florida expungement lawyer and founding partner at Erase The Case, Florida’s only law firm exclusively devoted to criminal record expungement and sealing. As a former Miami-Dade County Assistant Public Defender, solo practitioner, and associate at the notable Saban & Solomon Law Firm, David brings hands-on courtroom experience and a personal commitment to helping clients overcome the stigma of criminal records.

David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Florida (2009–2012), and holds dual Juris Doctor degrees—one from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law (2013–2014) and another from the University of Miami School of Law (2014–2016).

He achieved one of the highest Florida Bar Exam scores in February 2017 and was recognized as one of The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 for his contributions to expungement law in Florida.
