David Anthony Smith
My name is David Anthony Smith. I’m a lawyer at DRS Law in Nashville, and I help people in Tennessee and Georgia who get hurt from serious accidents, medical mistakes, or safety failures. Since 2020, I’ve helped DRS Law clients recover over $20 million, with several of those cases settling for more than a million dollars. I’m able to do this because I focus on just a handful of cases at a time, giving each one the attention it deserves.
When I take on a case, I dig into the details, talk to witnesses, and learn how the accident has affected my clients’ health and relationships. I use the details of the incident and stories to explain what happened and why my clients deserve compensation. I used to work for a big law firm in Atlanta, helping insurance companies and large corporations. Now, I use that experience to help regular people who've been wrongfully injured.
I live in Nashville with my wife, Caitlin, our daughter, Isabella, and our golden retriever, Chili. I like cooking, playing basketball, listening to music, and doing yoga.
