Dani Liblang
THE LIBLANG LAW FIRM, P.C.
As the founder and lead partner of The Liblang Law Firm, P.C., I am dedicated to serving clients in Birmingham, Michigan, and nearby areas. My practice primarily deals with personal injury, lemon laws, and collection harassment. Additionally, I manage cases related to credit issues, fraud, misrepresentation, special research, brief writing, and alternative dispute resolution.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors in psychology from Oakland University before graduating cum laude with a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1981.
With over 40 years of experience, I am passionate about advocating for individuals who have suffered due to others' negligence or misconduct, whether it involves a lemon law issue or a serious personal injury. My work has contributed to setting precedents in consumer law in Michigan, enhancing legal protections for individuals dealing with or affected by defective products.
My efforts have been recognized by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification with a certification in trial advocacy. I have received the highest rating of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell, a "Superb" rating from Avvo, and the Consumer Hero Award from the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
I frequently appear as a guest on television and radio shows and am often invited to present at seminars for various legal groups. I am a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Michigan Association for Justice, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, and the Oakland County Bar Association.
*AV Preeminent and BV Distinguished are certification marks of Reed Elsevier Properties Inc., used in accordance with the Martindale-Hubbell certification procedures, standards, and policies. Martindale-Hubbell is the facilitator of a peer review rating process.
