Curtis Davis, Esq. is an accomplished attorney and the founder of Davis Trial Law, a boutique firm specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability cases. Curtis grew up wanting to become a lawyer, an unusual dream for a kid who grew up in rural Ohio on a Christmas tree farm and never knew a lawyer until arriving at college. Curtis learned grit and hard work from his father, a dedicated and proud union employee of Ford Motor Company for nearly forty years, and his mother, a veteran public school teacher.

Curtis began his legal career as a defense attorney, representing insurance companies and their insureds in cases involving catastrophic multi-car accidents, wrongful deaths, product liability, and negligent security. This experience provided Curtis with invaluable insights into the strategies employed by insurance companies, equipping him with a unique advantage when advocating for his clients. Most significantly, Curtis has actual trial experience, which is increasingly rare for a civil litigator.

In June 2022, Curtis founded Davis Trial Law. With a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability cases, his boutique firm offers individualized attention and dedicated representation to clients seeking justice.
