Crystal Etue focuses her practice in matters related to Family Law, Probate, Entertainment and Immigration incorporating two of her biggest passions; Arts & Entertainment and helping families in distress. Her services in the area of family law and probate include divorce, child custody, post-judgment modifications, wills and estate administration. Her experience as a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and TN Air National Guard coupled with her time spent working as a high school teacher, Crystal is uniquely prepared to handle family law cases with empathy, objectivity, common sense, discipline, patience, and a proclivity for standing her ground.

Crystal's experience as a Nashville Publicist lends itself to an entertainment practice which offers an array of services including contract formation and negotiation, copyright and performance rights registration and reputation management. However, it is in the burgeoning Esports industry where Crystal has a personal vested interest. As Mother and personal counsel to Rogue, Professional Fortnite player, Morgausse, Crystal takes the fair and equitable treatment of Esports players very seriously. She is committed to making sure that both the long term and short term interests of young Esports athletes are protected.

I gave a presentation for the Chapter's series on "The Law on Stage and Screen." My presentation focused on Criminal vs. Civil Contempt and the pitfalls attorneys experience in trying to distinguish the two. Additionally, I presented a segment on resources available to attorneys who are experiencing depression, anxiety or have issues with substance abuse.
