Craig D. Ball, P.C.
I am a trial attorney based in Texas, also certified as a computer forensic examiner. I serve as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas, where I teach Electronic Evidence and Digital Discovery, and at Tulane University Law School, where I teach Digital Evidence. My practice is primarily focused on serving as a court-appointed Special Master and consultant in matters involving electronically stored information.
I am one of the founders of the Georgetown University Law Center E-Discovery Training Academy and continue to be a part of its faculty. My teaching extends to various government agencies where I instruct on computer forensics and electronic evidence. I am also known for my dynamic presentations at CLE programs worldwide, aimed at both the bench and the bar.
My written work is frequently featured in national media. For nine years, I authored the award-winning syndicated column, "Ball in your Court," for American Lawyer Media and continue to maintain a popular blog under the same name at craigball.net. In recognition of my contributions to continuing education, I was honored with the Cavin Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2019.
