Worked as direct care staff over residential facility until September of 2013. Started position as legal advisor; policy review, legal research and aid to the Church of God's corporate lead attorney. Oversight of all legal issues within the Children's home including Real Property; Employment Law; Contracts; Non-profit and Juvenile Law. Negotiated, maintained and renewed contracts with the State of Tennessee.
