Cole H Stevens
Cole H. Stevens focuses his practice in Business Law, Hospitality Law, Immigration Law and Litigation.
Mr. Stevens attended Albany Law School where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Cole participated in a volunteer summer program providing research and memoranda regarding Landlord-Tenant Law for the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York. Additionally, Cole was an on-campus Lexis Associate which entailed providing assistance with legal research and teaching efficient research methods to other students. Cole worked as a research assistant under Professor Bearat assisting with her published article, “Caged by a Marriage, How the United States’ Immigration System Encourages Child Marriages.” Mr. Stevens earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy of Law, Morality, and Society and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Tulane University before attending Albany Law School.
On a personal note, Mr. Stevens is originally from Kansas City, Missouri. Outside of the office, Mr. Stevens plays Rugby with a local club in Albany, NY and enjoys playing Disc Golf throughout the Northeast Region.
