Claire Sawyer has more than eleven years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal court. She concentrates her practice in the areas of business litigation and trust and estate litigation. Over the years, Claire has represented entities and individuals in a variety of tort and contract cases, breach of fiduciary duty cases, declaratory judgment actions, will contests, and elective share litigation.
Claire earned her B.S. degree from Samford University, cum laude, in 2002 and her J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, summa cum laude, in 2005. She is licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Tennessee.
