Chip Cannon
Born and raised in the Lowcountry, Chip Cannon is a trial lawyer with a passion for advocating on behalf of his clients. Having spent time working for insurance companies serving as a defense lawyer and experience as a former prosecutor, Chip brings a unique perspective and extensive courtroom knowledge to his practice. He is dedicated to fighting for justice and providing a voice to those in need.
Chip has successfully represented clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, drunk driving accidents, slip and falls, product liability cases, dog bites, alcohol-related injuries (known as dram shop actions), medical malpractice claims, and more. Before embarking on his legal career, Chip lived his childhood dream of playing professional baseball. Drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays, Chip spent six years in the minor leagues, which included being named MVP of the Arizona Fall League. Although his baseball journey was cut short due to injuries, Chip’s dedication and strong work ethic from his baseball days continue to fuel his legal career. He seamlessly integrates these qualities into his approach to law, ensuring a tenacious and determined representation for his clients.
