Cherie Fine

Ms. Fine is a Florida native born in Orlando, Florida, and raised in DeLand, Florida. She is a graduate of DeLand High School and the University of Florida. She graduated with honors from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 1981. After graduation, she practiced as an associate with the Gainesville firm of Watson, Folds, Steadham, Sproull, Christmann & Brashear, P.A., from 1981-1983.
She taught legal research and writing at the University of Florida College of Law. From 1993-1998 she practiced as a partner in the law firm of Springfield & Fine, P.A.
She has been associated with the firm of Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano, P.A., since 2003, and a partner since 2008. She regularly participates as an instructor in the Trial Advocacy Course at the University Of Florida Levin College Of Law and as a judge for the Appellate Advocacy program. She is the current President-Elect of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association.
She now exclusively represents victims of personal injury in claims against negligent parties.
