Kramer is a Manhattan-based transactional intellectual property attorney specializing in drafting and negotiating agreements involving software (of many types) and multi-media games. He is adept at working on matters where new technology raises novel legal and business issues. His experience includes: - 3 years as an associate in the Wall Street law firm of Lord, Day & Lord (then the oldest law firm in New York City racticing under the same name). - 5 years as General Counsel of OSS Nokalva, Inc. (and many more years of representing it as my client in private practice) in connection with which he negotiated and drafted toolkit, enterprise, and other complex licenses to customers around the world, and milestone-based software development agreements, all of which required frequent interaction with the company's sales department and management. - speaking at conferences on legal issues including at the annual Game Developers Conference and Miller Freeman's Digital Video Conference.
