Chad Inderman is a senior partner in the law firm and manages the firm’s litigation practice. Chad grew up in rural Central Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University. He has been a member of the law firm since he graduated with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law.
Chad connects with our clients in ways very few attorneys do – human being to human being – usually maintaining a lifelong friendship with the clients after their case is over. Chad’s goal in every case is to take care of our clients in their time of need. His drive to help individuals go up against powerful companies and hold them fully accountable has remained the same from the time he began practicing law. Chad loves fighting for the underdog and aggressively pushes cases to trial until or unless the defense gives up. As lead counsel, Chad has recovered over $450 million for our clients.
His case experience includes catastrophic injuries involving almost every type of oilfield work throughout the Permian Basin. Additionally, Chad handles major injury and death cases involving 18-wheeler truck crashes, commercial motor vehicle crashes, as well as industrial work injury cases.
Since 2021 Chad has been recognized as a Thomson Reuters’ Texas Super Lawyer; only 5% of attorneys are selected to the Super Lawyers list. From 2012 to 2019, Chad was named as a Thomson Reuters Texas Rising Star in Texas; less than 2.5% of lawyers in Texas are chosen for this honor. He has also held Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating, AV-Preeminent, for legal ethics and ability for over a decade.
Chad is licensed to practice in New Mexico and Texas. Chad also regularly handles major cases throughout the United States. He is a multi-engine instrument rated pilot which allows him to fly the law firm’s airplane anywhere he’s needed on a case.
Chad and his wife, Natalie, live on the family farm with their three boys.
