Cary Winslow

Attorney Cary L. Winslow represents clients throughout New Jersey in their claims for Social Security and/or SSI disability benefits and other related legal matters. Attorney representation is provided at all administrative levels, including the hearing and Appeals Council levels, as well as in federal court. Mr. Winslow is also an accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Mr. Winslow's more than 25 years of legal experience includes heading the Government Benefits units of the Legal Services programs in Passaic County, New Jersey, and Queens County, New York City.
