Brooke Swier Schloss
Swier Law Firm, Prof. LLCBrooke Swier Schloss leads Swier Law Firm's Family Law Practice Group and focuses her practice on divorce, child custody, child support, elder law, spousal support, property division, pre- and post-marital planning, and adoptions. Brooke is also the author of the book 15 Tips for Choosing a South Dakota Divorce Lawyer and serves on the South Dakota Bar Association's Family Law Committee. Brooke is a graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Law, where she served on the Board of Editors for the South Dakota Law Review and was a published author. She is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota and is admitted to practice before the South Dakota Supreme Court and the Yankton Sioux Tribal Court. Brooke attained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Mount Marty College in Yankton. She attained her Education Specialist Degree in School Psychology and her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota. Prior to joining Swier Law Firm, Brooke worked as a certified school psychologist.
