Your Family's Personal Lawyer For Life
While my law firm may not be as established as some others, my knowledge of the law, personal experiences and passion to serve goes well beyond anything that most other law firms can offer. Like you, I know it what's like to search for a service but to be afraid. I know how hard it is to trust someone "you don't even know". I also know what young, growing families need because I come from one myself.
I am a Personal Family Lawyer and I pride myself on being a trusted guide for a lifetime of wise legal and financial decisions for your family. Focusing my practice primarily on estate and family planning services, I assist parents of minor children, like myself, strengthen their family's relationships and ensure their generational wealth always remains in tact. I'm a lawyer, but I'm in the business of education. That's what really separates me. I listen, consider your needs on a deeper level and provide the personalized service that too often gets lost in larger firms. When you leave my office with your family and estate planning in tact, you are guaranteed to be a raving fan. Oh - and did I mention...I bill FLAT FEE.
Gone are the days of paying thousands for form documents that simply won't work when your family needs them the most. You need a relationship with an attorney who will stay on top of your decisions, your documents, and represent your choices and carry out your wishes, even when you are gone or can't do so yourself.

- Q. How soon can I file an appeal for family court after the first hearing? Judge made decision but haven't received final.
- A: Was your first hearing a final hearing or a temporary hearing? If it was a temporary hearing you cannot file an appeal, unfortunately. The good news, however, is that you still have a chance at a favorable outcome in the next hearing so try not to worry too much.
- Q. When a family member has temporary custody of your child and visitation is on their discretion and they want let you
- A: What does your order say? Stick to that. While it’s heartbreaking to not be able to see the child, I would advise against doing anything that the order may prohibit or even that could cause an issue. Do you have an attorney? Maybe speaking to one about your exact situation could get you quicker results. Just don’t do anything that could potentially backfire on you during your final determination hearing.
- Q. Do I have to hire a lawyer in order to regain custody of my child?
- A: Based on what you’ve shared, I would encourage you to hire a lawyer. There may need to be more than just a petition and having an attorney analyze your case prior to filing could be beneficial. This is typically not a case that you should approach alone as there seems to be a few different things to consider.
