Brian Branch
Lake & Hart
I primarily represent injured workers throughout Oregon who have been denied workers' compensation benefits. I have practiced on both the defense and claimant sides of the bar and understand how insurance companies tend to operate. I enjoy tackling complex medical and legal issues, and strive to achieve the best possible results for my clients.
In addition I have a unique background in real estate. I formerly worked for my family's real estate business as a licensed real estate broker engaged in residential real property transactions. I was also previously employed as a county attorney in Crook County and provided legal guidance with respect to local government real property actions. I utilize these diverse experiences to understand the needs of my clients and to aggressively pursue their interests in real property transactional matters and litigation.
When I am not practicing law I am kept busy and entertained by my wife, Mary Beth, and my two young children - Houston and Garnet. I also enjoy attending Oregon Duck football games and volunteering in the community.
