Mr. Davies has extensive experience with defending the criminally accused including DUI, felony DUI, drug possession, felony possession with intent, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, robbery, burglary, and a multitude of other misdemeanors and felony charges. Mr. Davies is dedicated to defending the rights of the accused from the multiple felon to the first time violator.
Mr. Davies’ trial experience and results has caused the National Trial Lawyers Association to name him as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in 2014, 2015, and 2016. Mr. Davies has experience handling high profile cases that receive national media attention and will combat the negative spillover that the media can have on a client and their case. Mr. Davies was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars and Super Lawyers list since 2014. Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Less than 2.5% of attorneys are selected to receive this award. Mr. Davies was also selected to be a member of the National College of DUI Defense, college members represent the most “experienced DUI defense attorneys in the country.”

Mr. Davies has been interviewed or quoted by some of the largest media outlets in the country including the New York Times and the Kansas City Star. Mr. Davies makes it a priority to receive specialized training to stay one step ahead of the prosecutors. He has been certified per the National Highway Transportation and Safety Administration curriculum to perform and evaluate the Standard Field Sobriety Tests. This training is the same training that police officers receive who administer these tests to suspected DUI offenders.
