Brad Biren
IQMOP, LLC
Brad Biren is an elder law and estate planning attorney with specialized training in tax law. He is passionate about crisis Medicaid planning, special needs planning, and reducing tax liability. Much of his work also focuses on business and land-use consulting for startups, early ventures, and agriculture.
Born in New York, Brad attended Cornell University for his undergraduate degrees in both landscape architecture and plant sciences. In 2006, he became the youngest person in the state of Florida to obtain LEED Accreditation. Mr. Biren moved to Iowa to attend the University of Iowa College of Law and graduated top of his class. Later, Brad obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from Washington University in St. Louis, where his academic advisor also served as General Counsel for the IRS.
Mr. Biren has a passion for solving what appear to be impossible estate planning issues using his knowledge of tax and business transactions. He applies the same level of exuberance and compassion into all areas of his work. One of Brad's goals is to help improve financial literacy for all members of the community.
Brad is proud to use his expertise to help others with autism, as well as the diversely-abled. The law firm will begin accepting new clients midsummer of 2022.
